Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience delivering high-scale cloud solutions in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to design for large enterprises without compromising developer experience for individual developers and SMBs.
• Deep technical acumen to discuss security concepts with engineering and translate them into customer content.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the entire user journey for your product portfolio across APIs and dashboards.
• Roadmap & Strategy: Define, prioritize, and own the product roadmap based on customer pain points.
• Voice of the Customer: Gather direct feedback from customers and partners to inform product lifecycle decisions.
• Iterative Execution: Ship features quickly, collect data, and iterate based on results.
• Go-to-Market & Documentation: Own customer-facing communications and technical docs for complex security features.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for your products internally and externally.
• Sales & Support Enablement: Support pre- and post-sales activities and collaborate with Support to resolve incidents.
