Job summary

McKesson's Shared Capabilities and Partnerships product team seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Next Best Action initiative end to end, translating data-rich problems into a clear strategy and aligning stakeholders across a large matrixed organization.

You'll define signals and workflows, partner with Data Science and ML Engineering, lead experimentation, and drive responsible AI practices while delivering iterative MVPs in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare product management or related field.
• Experience partnering with data science and ML teams.
• Proven ability to translate data insights into product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own Next Best Action strategy end to end, defining what 'best' means for users.
• Partner with Data Science/ML Eng to frame problems and evaluate trade-offs.
• Design experiments and measurement plans; run A/B tests and iterate.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data foundations and access.
• Champion responsible AI, ensuring fairness, explainability, and compliance.
• Align stakeholders across a large, matrixed organization.
• Influence Engineering, UX, Operations, Commercial with a clear roadmap.
• Communicate priorities to leadership with transparent progress.
• Apply design thinking to solve complex problems and deliver MVPs.
• Balance ambiguity with action and continuous improvement.
