Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Analytics & Insights to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for client- and program-facing analytics products. You will lead discovery, write PRDs, prioritize the backlog, and partner across Data & AI, Software Engineering, Client Delivery, and Success to deliver AI-enabled analytics.

This is an individual contributor role focused on measurable outcomes. You will define a 1–3 year vision, manage secure dashboards, and ensure analytics connect

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including data/analytics or BI products.
• Experience with the Databricks platform and collaboration with data engineering teams.
• Experience delivering client-facing analytics in a multi-tenant environment.
• Experience with AI-powered products, including conversational analytics or agentic tools.
• Proven track record shipping data products with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Define a 1–3 year vision and outcomes-focused roadmap for client and program analytics.
• Own multi-tenant dashboards, value realization reporting, and branded client reports.
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams on data ingestion, modeling, governance, and serving on Databricks.
• Work with clients and success teams to understand reporting needs and communicate roadmaps.
• Coordinate with peers to align data, instrumentation, and integration points across the product ecosystem.
