Job summary

CLEAResult Consulting is seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager for Analytics & Insights to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for client- and program-facing analytics products. You will run discovery, write PRDs, prioritize the backlog, and partner with Data & AI, Software Engineering, Client Delivery and Success, and leadership to build AI-enabled analytics.

You will own secure, multi-tenant dashboards, value realization reporting, and branded reporting that scales across clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, analytics, or BI.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics products.
• Experience delivering client-facing analytics in multi-tenant environments.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics and guardrails for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Define a 1–3 year vision and an outcomes-focused roadmap for client and program analytics.
• Own secure, multi-tenant client dashboards and branded reporting.
• Shape how AI makes analytics accessible, including conversational tools and AI-generated insights.
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams on data ingestion, modeling, governance and serving.
• Work with clients and success teams to understand reporting needs and communicate roadmaps.
