Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced product manager to own data and analytics products within our multi-product platform. You will partner with Data & AI, Software Engineering, Client Delivery and Success, and program leadership to deliver AI-enabled analytics across a shared data platform.

You will define dashboards, KPIs, and guardrails for accuracy and explainability, work with Databricks and Claude tools, and translate business questions into data requirements for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including owning data, analytics, or BI products.
• Hands-on experience with the Databricks platform and collaboration with data engineering teams.
• A track record of shipping products with measurable business results.
• Experience in a multi-product or platform organization where your product area is part of a larger solution.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements and present findings clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Own secure, multi-tenant client dashboards and branded reporting across clients.
• Shape AI-enabled analytics, including conversational tools and AI-generated insights with guardrails.
• Coordinate with data engineering and platform teams on data ingestion, modeling, governance, and serving on Databricks.
• Collaborate with peer product managers on shared data, instrumentation, integration points, and sequencing.
• Define and track KPIs such as analytics adoption, self-service usage, and client satisfaction.
