Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead AI-enabled analytics products. You will own client dashboards, value reporting, and scalable branded outputs across multiple customers.

You will shape AI-enabled analytics, set guardrails for accuracy, and collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to define data requirements and governance on the Databricks platform, aligning with client needs and industries served.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including owning data, analytics, or BI products.
• Hands-on experience with the Databricks platform and close collaboration with data engineering teams.
• A track record of shipping products with measurable business results.
• Experience in a multi-product or platform organization where your product area is one part of a larger solution.
• Ability to turn business questions into data requirements and complex data into plain findings for clients.
• Experience delivering analytics products for enterprise clients in regulated or program-driven industries (energy, utilities, sustainability, government, healthcare, financial services, or similar).
• Experience with data governance, access controls, and data sharing.

Responsibilities

• Own secure, multi-tenant client dashboards, value realization reporting, and consistent, branded reporting that scales across clients and reduces manual work.
• Shape how AI makes analytics easier to access and act on, including conversational tools and AI-generated insights.
• Partner with data engineering and platform teams on how data is ingested, modeled, governed, and served on Databricks, turning business needs into clear data product requirements.
• Coordinate with peer product managers on shared data, instrumentation, integration points, and sequencing so analytics reflect the full product ecosystem.
• Define and track KPIs such as analytics adoption, self-service usage, time to insight, data quality, reduced manual reporting, and client satisfaction.
• Bring structure to ambiguity, using both quantitative data and qualitative feedback to make decisions and influence without direct authority.
