Job summary

NetSuite seeks a Senior Product Manager to define the strategy for AI-enhanced administration and AI agent governance within NetSuite accounts. You will shape administrator setup, configuration, optimization, and governance, using AI to reduce complexity while preserving control and trust.

This is a platform product role at the intersection of enterprise administration, AI experiences, extensibility, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience with enterprise SaaS, platform, administration, developer tools, AI, security, or governance products.
• Strong customer focus: skilled at engaging customers, uncovering problems, and translating insights into scalable product solutions.
• Data-driven product judgment using qualitative research, telemetry, support signals, and business outcomes to prioritize impact.
• Understanding of enterprise administration: configuration, IAM, permissions, observability, auditability, extensibility.
• Experience designing AI-assisted experiences with appropriate human oversight, transparency, and safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for AI-enhanced administration and customer-controlled AI agent management.
• Shape how administrators set up, configure, and optimize NetSuite accounts with AI while preserving control and trust.
• Define tools, policies, and experiences to safely manage AI agents operating in customer accounts.
