Job summary

RF-SMART is seeking a Product Leader for NetSuite to transform strategic goals into precise product specs and drive AI-enabled improvements in warehouse management. You will own lifecycle decisions, collaborate across Engineering, Strategy, Sales, and Support, and engage customers directly to ensure the roadmap delivers real value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business needs into functional specs for engineering teams.
• Full product lifecycle ownership with strategic prioritization balancing customer value, business impact, and system stability.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication aligning tech and business stakeholders without unnecessary back-and-forth.
• Established product management experience balancing innovation with production stability for real customers.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and understanding integrations in practice.
• An AI mindset with proven or active interest in applying AI to products and processes.
• Self-directed and organized under pressure, delivering with limited handholding.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into velocity by translating goals into precise specs and user stories for engineering to deliver quickly.
• Own prioritization balancing new features, system stability, and customer-reported issues to maximize value at every release.
• Build relationships with customers to surface real-world insights guiding the roadmap.
• Partner with engineering for scalable, consistent solutions in warehouse workflows.
• Align Engineering, Strategy, Sales, and Support to keep teams pursuing the same customer outcomes.
• Bring AI from idea to reality with tangible customer value in WMS.
• Elevate the documentation experience with clear, concise content to reduce support burden.
• Support Sales and Services on complex customer scenarios, ensuring viable, scalable solutions.
