Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Developer Experience team in New York, NY. You will shape the vision and roadmap for AI-powered developer tools and collaborate with Engineering, DevEx, and the AI Hub to deliver scalable solutions.

You will own internal AI capabilities and vendor tools, evangelize the strategy to senior stakeholders, and measure adoption and impact with analytics. Strong PM and mentoring experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or related field.
10-12 years of product management experience in internal platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure.
Strong technical literacy to partner with engineers on modern software development.
Proven track record delivering internal products that scale engineering teams.
Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Mentoring or managing less senior product team members.
Familiarity with large language models, GenAI, or DevEx tooling.

Responsibilities

Define the vision and long-term roadmap for developer-facing AI capabilities.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, DevEx, and AI Hub.
Drive discovery to understand developer pain points and automation opportunities.
Own strategy for internal AI capabilities and vendor tools.
