Job summary

Harvey, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, New Verticals to define, build, and scale AI agent–powered solutions for strategic customers. You’ll translate high-value use cases into scalable products, pricing models, and commercial frameworks across verticals.

You will partner with engineering, research, and leadership to drive repeatable deployments, measure success, and deliver enterprise-grade software in a fast-growing, high-ambition environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in relevant fields.
• Background in professional services or enterprise environments with complex workflows.
• 3+ years of product management or related roles (solutions, forward deployed engineering, product consulting).
• Experience shipping enterprise-grade software or high-complexity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with strategic accounts to uncover high-impact workflows and translate ambiguous requirements into actionable product definitions for agent-powered solutions.
• Lead discovery for assigned accounts and verticals, understanding user intentions, data constraints, workflows, and success criteria.
• Map workflows to the broader product, identifying where out-of-the-box agent capabilities fit and where custom development is needed.
• Drive end-to-end deployments with engineering and customer teams to implement, test, and refine agent solutions.
• Define and track success metrics for the verticals you support, ensuring measurable productivity and quality outcomes.
• Develop account- and vertical-level roadmaps, translating customer needs into scalable products or reusable frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, executives, engineering, and research to align product direction and feasibility.
• Influence new commercial models including pricing, packaging, and deployment strategies for agent-led solutions.
• Champion repeatability by turning one-off solutions into product features or templates.
