Job summary

Okta seeks a Senior Product Manager for Okta for AI Agents to define and drive the strategy for securing AI agent workflows, identity governance, and cross-platform integration. You will partner with engineering and design to roll out agent identity lifecycle features and audit capabilities in a security-first enterprise SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product management in enterprise-scale SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML.
• Deep understanding of API security and developer experience for integrating security services.
• Analytical and decisive: ability to drive action with incomplete information in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
• Excellent communication skills: cross-functional collaboration with research, design, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI platform developers, security architects, and internal stakeholders to distill feature asks and ensure product-market fit for AI agent identity.
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for AI agent-specific capabilities, including agent-to-agent authentication and delegated authority.
• Identify and prioritize development of new features such as dynamic session management for AI, on-behalf-of token exchange, and agent-specific audit logs.
• Work with engineering to define protocols and deployment models that align with modern AI orchestration frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Track industry trends in LLMs and AI security to develop differentiated solutions.
• Leverage product data to improve agent lifecycle management and adoption.
