Job summary

Okta Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive vision, strategy, and execution for a key area in the Auth0 Identity Security product line, focusing on Agentic Security.

You will shape long-term direction and deliver with precision, overseeing runtime security, agent classification, and threat remediation. You will lead agile, cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, gather customer insights, and translate them into secure, scalable features for AI agents and related analytics.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience in security, fraud or compliance industries with IAM concepts (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, RBAC).
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2 and related identity security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion a clear product strategy and roadmap based on data-driven prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, product marketing, and sales.
• Research customers through surveys and interviews to identify opportunities and ensure value realization.
• Write user stories and manage sprint scopes in an Agile cadence.
• Monitor feature adoption with hypotheses and baselines, iterating based on learnings.
• Work with Go-to-Market teams to position and messaging and support adoption.
