Job summary

Empower is seeking a Product Manager for our Advisory Experiences team in the United States. You will shape product strategy for financial advisors, own the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.

You will translate complex advisor workflows into actionable priorities, leverage data and market insights, and influence leadership to align on product direction. A 1–3 year track record in product management and a strong user-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of product management experience leading meaningful products or capabilities
• Strong product judgment and prioritization decisions
• Technical fluency and curiosity to understand system interactions and data flows
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence leaders and partners

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy by identifying opportunities to improve the advisor experience
• Own and evolve the product roadmap balancing immediate needs with long-term opportunities
• Develop understanding of advisor workflows to simplify, consolidate, automate, and improve productivity
• Bring clarity to complex problems and translate needs into clear product outcomes
• Partner with engineering to understand constraints and dependencies
• Use data and market insights to inform strategy and priorities
• Lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery with clear requirements and milestones
• Define and track measures of success related to advisor outcomes and adoption
• Make product decisions using user insights, data, and iterative validation
• Execute with urgency while maintaining focus on scalability and user experience
• Push to simplify experiences and reduce delivery complexity
