Job summary

NMI is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the A2A & Money Movement team. You will own the roadmap, partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and GTM to ship bank-direct payment capabilities, and drive end‑to‑end product development.

You will conduct customer interviews, analyze transaction data, and write precise specs to move initiatives from discovery to launch, all while aligning with our core values and ongoing Dwolla integration work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with at least 3 years in payments or financial services.
• Hands‑on experience with A2A payment products and rails (ACH, RTP, etc.).
• Strong commercial instincts—revenue impact, partner growth, merchant volume.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your product domain within A2A and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Define and prioritize features based on partner needs, data, and business impact.
• Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria; run scoping with Engineering.
