MarketPoint, responsible for sales distribution of Humana’s Insurance Products, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with technical expertise to join our team focused on point of sale. This role involves project, product, and vendor management to drive innovation and high-quality products. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Key Role Functions

  1. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, aligning with business goals and customer needs, acting as both a Product Manager and a Product Owner as needed.
  2. Manage vendor relationships and third-party partnerships supporting product development and delivery.
  3. Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including Engineering, to translate requirements into actionable development plans and oversee execution.
  4. Drive enterprise-level system integration discussions to ensure seamless interoperability and data consistency.
  5. Articulate product vision, requirements, and integration strategies to stakeholders.
  6. Utilize Agile methodologies for sprint planning and feature prioritization to meet project timelines.
  7. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure success, identify improvement areas, and optimize product performance.
  8. Develop a product roadmap with clearly defined milestones (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product experience delivering business value through technology products.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for developing/delivering solutions.
  • Experience managing external vendors and partnerships.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills for sound decision-making.
  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. (only applicants meeting this criterion will be considered).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or insurance industries.
  • Experience developing agent-facing technology products, including contact center solutions (quote & enroll systems, agent desktop/portal, AI, CRM).
  • Ability to partner with leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment and impactful decisions.
  • Excellent written, visual, and presentation skills.
  • One or more SAFe certifications (e.g., Agilist, PM/PO, SPC).

Additional Information
  • This is a 100% remote role primarily operating on Eastern/Central Standard Time hours.
  • Internet requirements: minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; wireless, wired cable, or DSL recommended; satellite/cellular only if approved.
  • Employees in California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will receive a bi-weekly internet stipend.
  • Humana provides necessary equipment and a dedicated workspace to protect PHI/HIPAA information.
