We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager with extensive Financial Aid expertise to lead the strategy and delivery of the financial aid component within our Elements Student Information System. This is a pivotal role focused on enhancing how institutions manage and disburse aid, ensuring students can access the financial support they need.

You’ll own the product vision and roadmap for Financial Aid, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to build a compliant, user-friendly, and scalable solution tailored to the needs of U.S. higher education institutions. In this role you are responsible for defining the roadmap, staying current on regulations, and engaging with customers to deliver an engaging experience for our solution. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital innovation and commitment to superb client experience.

• Strong understanding of U.S. financial aid processes and compliance requirements (e.g. FAFSA, Title IV, COD, R2T4, NSLDS
• Familiarity with Student Information Systems and how financial aid integrates into broader student lifecycle workflows
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech, SIS
• Proven ability to deliver products in an agile environment, with strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, and customer support
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking product KPIs and user feedback
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree required; related fields such as Education, Business, or Computer Science preferred
