Grey is a fast-growing company building the future of global banking for a borderless world. This role owns a product area end to end, including roadmap, metrics and unit economics, working with engineers, data, design, marketing and compliance to drive success.

As a senior PM, you will lead the lifecycle from problem definition to launch, model unit economics, conduct experiments, and leverage AI to boost productivity and output.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record of scaling products with quantitative results.
• Strong command of unit economics and modeling contribution margin per user or per transaction.
• Data-driven by habit and comfortable using Amplitude and Metabase to define metrics and analyze data.
• Experience designing and running experiments, including A/B tests, and acting on results.
• Familiar with AI tools to boost productivity and output.
