Job description

We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle for our client's platform and drive continued growth and adoption. This is an opportunity for a senior product leader who thinks strategically about operational workflows, understands the underlying platform deeply, drives accountability across teams, and can balance near‑term delivery with long‑term platform design.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product journey—from high‑level vision and discovery to hands‑on optimization and expansion—ensuring that the platform is configured, enhanced, and scaled to meet the evolving needs of the business.

You will sit at the intersection of business operations and technology, serving as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and platform delivery teams.

Core Responsibilities
  • Define the Vision: Own the product roadmap for the platform, aligning enhancements with long‑term business unification goals.
  • Lead discovery, requirements definition, and backlog prioritization across key workflows and functional areas.
  • Manage backlog prioritization and release planning across iterative delivery cycles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface for business leadership, engineering teams, and executive sponsors to drive clarity on timelines and outcomes.
  • Translate operational pain points into structured product solutions.
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions, trade‑off decisions, and roadmap alignment.
  • Drive clarity around ownership, accountability, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Orchestration: Leverage the platform for workflow management, resource optimization, and process tracking.
  • Technical Partnership: Collaborate with architects and engineers to optimize configurations, incorporate AI‑driven capabilities, and improve automation/notifications.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration and reporting layers to provide a 360‑degree view of business readiness.
  • Define KPIs: Track operational metrics such as efficiency, throughput, and user adoption/satisfaction.
  • Iterative Growth: Use data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure measurable ROI from the platform investment.
What we're looking for:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an agile environment (SaaS or B2B).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Deep hands‑on experience with relevant enterprise platforms and the broader technology ecosystem.
  • Proven industry experience supporting relevant business operations.
  • Experience integrating platforms with adjacent enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, and other agile development frameworks.
  • Strong product management skills with a deep understanding of product vision and the overall product lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to make decisions and set clear priorities.
  • Proven ability to recognize value and manage investments to maximize value delivered.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Experience driving operational transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive accountability across global teams.
  • High‑Impact Work: Directly shape platforms and processes powering a major client's business.
  • Innovation: Work at the leading edge of enterprise technology and AI‑driven capabilities in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Culture: A team of self‑reliant professionals who value execution over optics.
