The Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Product Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for the Risk and Fraud Solutions segment in Bottomline. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product development, sales, marketing, and customer success, ensuring the successful launch, adoption, and revenue growth of innovative Risk Solutions capabilities.
This role is 100% remote, based in the US
How you'll contribute
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define product strategy and roadmap. Research, develop, position, and manage Risk Solutions product lifecycle.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive commercialization plans to introduce new Risk Solutions offerings. Provide senior leadership with global pipeline reporting and other key metrics to enable commercial success.
- Positioning & Messaging: Define clear, compelling value propositions that differentiate our Risk Solutions in the competitive Risk Technology landscape.
- Market Research & Pricing Strategy: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify optimal pricing models that align with customer value and business goals.
- Sales Enablement & Training: Partner with Sales and Sales enablement to develop sales playbooks, pitch decks, and objection-handling guides; conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure sales teams understand the new features, their benefits, and competitive positioning; partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline development and deal execution.
- Customer Success Enablement: Partner with Customer Success to train teams on onboarding and feature adoption; develop customer-facing materials; gather feedback for refinement.
- Collaboration with Engineering and Operations: Clarify business requirements, discover new features, set development priorities.
- Collaboration with other Product Managers: Ensure alignment on feature development, messaging, release timing, and incorporate market insights into the product roadmap.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product commercialization, marketing, or go-to-market strategies within B2B Fraud Detection, payments, fintech, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of Banking Risk and Fraud space.
- Proven success in launching and scaling financial technology products or features.
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to create and deliver sales and customer success training programs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Familiarity with Fraud Detection technologies and the Banking Industry.
- Background in SaaS-based payment platforms or B2B financial solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related technology field.
