As a Senior Product Manager, you will partner with an exceptional group of talented Product Managers. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high quality services in a hyper‑growth environment where priorities can shift fast. You excel at building and leading product teams and products. You should be an experienced hands‑on manager with an innovative spirit who loves technology and can wear many hats. You will collaborate with the engineering team to deliver on the technical roadmap. Execute on the company’s vision by building tools to improve the process and outcomes for people impacted.

This is an in‑office position in our Brooklyn office. Relocation assistance is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of key strategic initiatives.
• Set the strategy and roadmap for AI product efforts.
• Be recognized as a thought leader internally and externally.
• Analyze the development processes and tools to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new processes.
• Establish a highly collaborative, data & customer‑driven culture within the product and engineering development teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. or an advanced degree in a technical field, preferably in Computer Science.
• Experience working on AI products.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience.
• Skilled at turning ideas into actionable results.
• Have a passion for product vision.
• Strategic thinker and the ability to visualize the big picture.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate proven technical and product leadership.
• Proven success partnering with the Engineering teams, collaborating on the Product strategy and technical roadmap.

Salary Range

$150,000 – $175,000 USD
