Job summary

Crexi seeks an Senior Product Manager to own a high-impact product area, shaping vision, strategy, and a detailed roadmap in a rapidly growing CRE tech platform. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Design and Engineering, delivering end-to-end features and driving adoption with Sales and Marketing.

The role emphasizes AI-driven product decisions, measurable business impact, and mentoring other PMs while collaborating with a diverse team across Sales, CS, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or marketplace products.
• Data-driven with fluency in SaaS/marketplace metrics and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience running continuous discovery with PM, Design, and Engineering.
• Strong grasp of model capabilities and ability to work with engineering on technical product.
• Experience leading initiatives across Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Experience in CRE tech, maps, marketplaces, platforms, or data-driven products is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or related field is a plus.

Crexi is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team hybrid in Los Angeles or remote in the US.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior Product Manager, you won't just ship features, you'll help decide how AI reshapes one of the least-disrupted industries in the world. You'll own a complex, high-impact product area end-to-end: setting the strategy, driving the roadmap, and shipping the work alongside Design and Engineering. This is an individual-contributor role, you'll own a product area end-to-end and ship alongside Design and Engineering:

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area, and communicate it clearly to stakeholders across the company.
• Translate strategy into shipped features, collaborating closely with design and engineering and owning execution from spec to launch.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and positioning with key stakeholders so new features actually land with customers.
• Ship features that delight customers and move the numbers that matter: signups, revenue, retention.
• Define what "good" looks like, prototype a v1 with AI tools, get it in front of customers fast, then let evals judge it honestly and shape a sharper v2.
• Mentor other product managers and help shape how Crexi's product org builds, from how we scope to how we hold ourselves accountable for results.
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption and growth for what you build.

What You'll Need:

• 5-10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or marketplace products, with a track record of owning complex products and delivering measurable business impact.
• A data-driven approach: strong analytical skills and business acumen, with real fluency in SaaS/marketplace metrics and go-to-market strategy.
• Deep experience running continuous discovery with a cross-functional product trio (PM, Design, Engineering) to evaluate problem spaces and solution viability together.
• Strong grasp of model capabilities and the ability to work fluently with engineering teams on technical product.
• Experience leading initiatives across Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Experience in CRE tech, maps, marketplaces, platforms, or other data-driven products is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.

We believe in rewarding great work — the anticipated base and bonus range for candidates in our Playa Vista, California location is $172,000 to $360,000, and that's just the starting point. You'll also be eligible for a generous equity grant, giving you real ownership in Crexi's growth and serious upside as we scale.
