Crexi is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design across the Crexi platform. You will lead design work streams, partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality, usable experiences.

You will evolve the design system and contribute to a data-driven product strategy. You will work with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive Crexi branding and customer impact.

Crexi is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team hybrid in Los Angeles or remote in the US.

What You'll Do

• As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own end-to-end design for features and workflows across the Crexi platform, from discovery through launch. You'll lead design work streams independently, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high-quality, usable experiences. You'll bring strong individual craft together with the judgment to make sound decisions on ambiguous problems. You'll help contribute to and evolve Crexi's design system along the way.

• Own end-to-end design for your product area from discovery, flows, interaction, to prototype and communicate the thinking clearly to stakeholders across the company.

• Contribute to and help evolve Crexi's component library, tokens, and patterns, keeping design and code in sync with Engineering.

• Translate strategy into shipped work, partnering closely with Product and Engineering from spec through launch and staying in the details.

• Talk to brokers, investors, owners, and tenants, run usability testing, and turn what you learn into design decisions you can defend with evidence.

• Design for the numbers that matter: activation, conversion, retention, revenue, and define what success looks like before you ship.

• Prototype with AI tools instead of just describing the experience, so a working v1 gets in front of customers fast. Then treat evaluation as a first-class deliverable

• Work with Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success so what you build lands with customers and looks like one Crexi.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or marketplace products, with a portfolio of shipped work you can speak to end-to-end: problem, process, constraints, outcome.

• Depth in complex, data-dense products: search, maps, dashboards, workflow tools, or similar.

• Strong craft across the stack: interaction design, information architecture, and visual design, with prototyping skill in Figma and comfort reading and reasoning about front-end implementation.

• Strong grasp of model capabilities and limits, and the ability to work fluently with engineers on technical product.

• Accessibility fluency: you design to WCAG standards as a default, not a retrofit.

• Experience in CRE tech, maps, marketplaces, platforms, or other data-driven products is a plus.

• Experience designing AI or agentic product experiences in production is a plus.

• Front-end skills (HTML/CSS/React) sufficient to prototype or contribute to the component library directly is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is a plus.

Salary

The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in our Playa Vista, California location is $145,000 to $196,000.
