Job summary

Insight Global in Richmond, VA seeks a seasoned Product Manager to lead finance technology initiatives, shape the product roadmap, and partner with business leaders to drive process improvements and technology transformation.

You will define requirements, create roadmaps, guide cross-functional teams, manage change, and deliver measurable business value across the project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Transformation, or related experience.
• Strong experience/educational background within Finance domains/organizations (e.g. FP&A).
• Experience leading enterprise technology evaluations, implementations, or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience building product roadmaps and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and supporting technologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading change and adoption across business organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for finance technology initiative
• Assess existing technologies and platforms and partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology transformation
• Lead evaluations of current-state systems and recommend future-state technology solutions to determine future-state product and platform strategies
• Define and prioritize product requirements based on business value, operational impact, and organizational goals
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business priorities, technology capabilities, and implementation timelines
• Champion organizational change management efforts and drive stakeholder engagement across impacted teams
• Facilitate communication between business users, technology teams, vendors, and project managers
• Drive solution design discussions and ensure requirements are clearly translated into actionable deliverables
• Support technology selection, business case development, and vendor evaluation activities
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycles
• Monitor future implementation progresses and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value
• Act as an advisor to leadership by providing recommendations on technology investments, vendor solutions, and product strategy
