What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading the development of our Crypto capital markets platform, delivering infrastructure for stablecoin products with instant, low-cost global access.
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand regulatory, operational, and strategic needs, and developing a long-term platform strategy.
• Establishing product vision, aligning cross-functional teams, and prioritizing efforts for maximum impact.
• Launching and managing complex programs, engaging with institutional capital market clients, and navigating regulatory landscapes.

What You'll Work On:

• Owning product vision, features, and roadmaps to meet customer needs in capital markets and lending.
• Collaborating across teams to identify pain points, share ideas, and align on strategies.
• Assessing risks and developing mitigation plans using data dashboards and alerts.
• Working with data science teams to build predictive models for cash movements.
• Engaging with liquidity partners to understand capabilities and translate needs into product requirements.
• Managing multiple projects with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Driving product and process improvements to support liquidity and distribution partners.

What You’ll Bring To Circle:

• Over 5 years of product management experience, with a track record of successful product launches and revenue generation.
• Experience managing complex commercial products and risk assessment.
• Mentorship experience and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Interest or expertise in capital markets, lending, treasury management, or regulated financial services.
• Passion for blockchain and crypto-based financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product initiatives and grow profitable products.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
• Experience working remotely across multiple time zones with tools like Slack, MacOS, and GSuite.

Circle is committed to creating an inclusive financial future, offering competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. The starting salary range is $135,000 - $177,500, with adjustments for location and other factors.
