The ideal candidate has significant experience in product management, particularly within the tech industry, and will work closely with engineering and operations to enhance labor matching solutions. Salary: $160,000–$180,000 + Competitive Equity

Define and execute product strategy across marketplace and AI-driven features in close collaboration with engineering, operations, and leadership.
Develop end-to-end solutions that directly impact real-world logistics and staffing challenges.
Build and ship marketplace products that improve labor matching, shift fill rates, and worker reliability—leveraging data, AI, and user insight.
Lead product discovery, write specs, and define KPIs while owning product roadmap and delivery.
Use rapid prototyping and AI tools to validate ideas and reduce time-to-market.
Collaborate across departments—engineering, operations, finance, marketing, and design—to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
Present strategies and ideas clearly to stakeholders using visual tools such as system diagrams and user flows.
5–8 years of experience as a product manager, ideally at a high-growth tech company.
Deep exposure to two or more of the following:
Labor or gig economy marketplaces (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, Instacart)
Recruiting tools or platforms (e.g., Ashby, Gem)
AI-powered hiring platforms (e.g., Ribbon.ai, Micro1, Mercor)
Recommendation and matching systems
Demonstrated track record of owning 0–1 product builds that shipped and drove measurable business outcomes.
First-principles thinker with strong product judgment, capable of synthesizing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
Computer Science or technical degree from a top-tier university.
Strong technical skillset—comfortable writing SQL queries, collaborating closely with engineers, and building AI prototypes.
Experience building or integrating conversational AI solutions.
Startup mindset: scrappy, fast-moving, self-directed, and comfortable covering wide surface areas.
