  • Proactively document changes to product capabilities for publication on internal training sites, developer portals, within marketing collateral as required.
  • Work side-by-side with technical Business Analysts, scrum-masters and development team leads to drive efficient and rapid delivery of product needs.
  • Facilitate communication across the organization to maintain alignment on the current product state and vision. Ensure key stakeholders are aware of impacts and prioritization required.
  • Collaborate with User Researchers and Product Designers to better understand customers, their experiences and expectations and work with Product Design to help solve challenges where appropriate.

Product Strategy

  • Own and drive the vision for a defined set of products/capabilities to solve customer problems.
  • Undertake market research and competitor analysis for a defined set of products/capabilities.
  • Managing the performance of your products in the market, ensuring the adoption by pilot customers and utilising customer feedback and product metrics to ensure your products are successful in the market.
