ABOUT THE ROLE

Facility Optimization Solutions, LLC (FOS), a subsidiary of CannonDesign, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and management of our innovative technology products. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring our products meet customer needs and support the company's strategic objectives. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Here's what you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role; 10+ years preferred.
• Proven experience in a technology-driven company; PMI-ACP and/or DASM certifications are a plus.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of software development, APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS and Azure preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Freshservice.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Strategic thinking with attention to detail.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $175,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and skills. Employees are eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, flexible spending accounts, voluntary insurances, paid time off, flexible schedules, remote work options, 401(k), and employee perks.
