Job summary

Goldbelt Apex is seeking a Senior Product Management Support Team Lead – WRPBH to lead the product management staff and oversee day-to-day acquisition support within the DoD medical domain.

The role requires handling acquisition documentation, participating in IPTs, and coordinating resources while communicating risks to leadership. Travel up to 20% may be required and eligibility for Secret clearance is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior DoD acquisition/program management experience.
• Experience with medical product development.
• Familiarity with DoDI 5000 and PPBE processes.
• Ability to lead complex medical acquisition efforts.

Summary:

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead WRPBH product management staff and day-to-day acquisition support.
• Lead/participate in IPTs, Working Groups, IPRs, MDRs, testing, site visits, schedules, risks, taskers, and acquisition documentation.
• Develop and maintain acquisition/program management products.
• Coordinate team resources and communicate program risks/issues to leadership.
• Perform in classified spaces and support classified briefings as required.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Senior DoD acquisition/program management.
• Medical product development.
• DoDI 5000.
• PPBE.
• Risk/schedule management.
• Executive briefings and acquisition documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Tier 3 investigation and Secret clearance eligibility.
• Defense Acquisition Systems knowledge.
• Ability to independently lead complex medical acquisition efforts.
• Travel: Up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current WRPBH incumbent Team Lead/Product Manager.
• Active/current Secret eligibility.
• DHA/PAE MP experience.
• FDA-regulated medical product experience.
• DAWIA/PMP or equivalent acquisition/program management credential.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $100,000 to $150,000.
