Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Management Support – WEMT Team Lead to drive PMO operations and business process improvements. You will lead analytics, KPI development, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, while training staff and coordinating daily team performance.

Qualified candidates will have strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, plus experience in medical acquisitions and product management within a DoD/healthcare context. Travel up to 20% is required.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead business operations/product management support within WEMT.


• Analyze and improve operational processes and workflows.


• Develop KPIs and performance measures.


• Manage RFIs, external engagements, stakeholder communication, and PMO operations.


• Train personnel on new or changed processes and procedures.


• Coordinate day-to-day team performance.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $100,000 to $140,000.
