Job summary

Goldbelt Apex seeks a Senior WPAC Product Manager to lead DoD acquisition programs within the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group in Maryland. You will steer product development, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, risks, and documentation, and support milestone decisions with IPTs and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, program governance, and collaboration across defense programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead WPAC product/program management activities.
• Support senior acquisition strategy, medical product development, business operations, schedules, risk, testing, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead IPTs/working groups and support milestone decision activities.
• Coordinate staff workload, vacancies, task coverage and standardized processes.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Senior DoD acquisition/program management.
• Medical product development.
• DoDI 5000 and PPBE.
• Acquisition documentation and milestone support.
• PMO business operations.
• Team leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Defense Acquisition Systems.
• Strong program/project leadership.
• Ability to independently manage complex medical product programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Travel: Up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current WPAC incumbent Team Lead/Senior Product Manager.
• DHA/PAE MP experience.
• Combat casualty care or acute-care medical product experience.
• FDA-regulated medical product experience.
• DAWIA/PMP or equivalent.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary for this position is $100,000 to $145,000.
