Job summary

Sphera Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to bridge customer needs and software delivery across hazardous industries. You will own the product backlog, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and ensure value is delivered in every sprint.

You'll work with globally distributed engineering and business teams, guiding priorities, validating features against acceptance criteria, and communicating clearly in English with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years in product-focused roles such as Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience with Agile development teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
