Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Senior Staff Product Line Engineering Architect to lead Product Line Architecture initiatives across Mission Systems.

You will guide divisions on MBSE adoption, tailor processes, and drive organizational change while leveraging established tools like MBSE methods and Cameo. The role requires deep systems engineering expertise, leadership in product architecture, and active collaboration with senior leaders to deliver scalable product lines and sustainment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM with 14+ years of related experience; or Master's with 12 years; or PhD with 10 years.
• Experience leading technical teams and making sound technical judgments with limited information.
• Experience with systems engineering including requirements management, systems architecture development, and MBSE using tools like IBM Rhapsody and Cameo.
• U.S. Citizenship and current/active U.S. Government Secret Clearance required; ability to obtain Top Secret and SAP.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with senior technical and business leaders at the division level to guide PLA adoption.
• Adapt architecture practices to increase product line efficiency across Development, Production and Sustainment.
• Coach teams on PLA/PLE concepts and tailor processes to meet organization needs.
• Create coaching materials, tools, templates, and processes for PL adoption.
• Schedule and conduct PLA education, awareness sessions, and technology demonstrations.
