Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 8–12 years of experience in R&D, Program Management, Business Operations, Product Management, Strategy Execution, or related functions.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational effectiveness skills.

Responsibilities
