Abbott in Pleasanton, CA seeks a Sr Manager, R&D Operational Excellence to lead the operational side of Heart Failure R&D. You will drive alignment, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and govern portfolio performance across multiple functions.

You will enable leadership with dashboards, executive reporting, and scalable processes while removing barriers to execution and advancing strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 8–12 years of experience in R&D, Program Management, Business Operations, Product Management, Strategy Execution, or related functions.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational effectiveness skills.

Responsabilidades

• Translate annual objectives and strategic priorities into actionable operating plans.
• Track execution against key business goals, portfolio milestones, and commitments.
• Maintain visibility to risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and drive timely resolution.
