AmLaw 50 Firm in Seattle is seeking a senior Product Liability Attorney to join our nationally recognized Products Liability & Complex Litigation practice. This remote, non-partnership-track role is for an attorney with 15+ years of experience, capable of independent case management and high-level client service.

The ideal candidate holds a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admissions in WA or CA, and a strong record in product liability and complex commercial litigation.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the state of residence and either Washington or California, in good standing.
• 15+ years of substantive experience in product liability and/or complex commercial litigation.
• Extensive experience defending manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors in product liability and toxic tort matters.
• Ability to manage cases with a high degree of independence.
• Strong drafting of briefs, correspondence, and written discovery responses.
• Experience overseeing document collection, review, and production.
• Familiarity with causation analysis and failure analysis.
• MDL and/or coordinated state proceedings experience.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong work ethic, sound judgment, collaborative, team-oriented.
• Large law firm experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in complex product liability and toxic tort litigation.
• Serve as a key contributor on national and global litigation teams, including MDLs and coordinated proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and client correspondence.
• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate document discovery processes, including collection, review, and production.
• Analyze technical, scientific, and causation-related issues central to product liability claims.
• Collaborate closely with partners, associates, and clients to develop and execute litigation strategy.
