Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in products liability litigation.
• Strong litigation, case management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience handling discovery and substantial written advocacy.
• Familiarity with multidistrict litigation, coordinated proceedings, or other complex litigation structures.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Oversee written discovery, document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct legal analysis related to causation, failure analysis, and liability issues.
• Collaborate with clients and litigation teams to develop case strategy.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and case management.
• Support large-scale litigation matters, including MDLs and coordinated proceedings.
