Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Manager for the C360 - World Model, acting as hands-on owner of the World Model. You will coordinate specialists across domains and engineers building the platform, ensuring a coherent, high-quality data-product layer used by production AI assistants.

The role requires owning the data model, governance, and quality standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a focused roadmap and reliable AI-enabled experiences across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience owning a platform/data/product used by other teams as a hands-on owner.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering value to customers.
• Manages discovery and market research to uncover solutions and integrate into the roadmap.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Builds the framework and tracks key success metrics (cost, features, risk, reliability).
• Maintain the enterprise data model ensuring consistency and alignment across client entities.
