Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior program manager to serve as the central execution and coordination lead for complex Medicare Part D initiatives. You will establish clear visibility into initiatives, owners, progress, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 7–10 years of PM/initiative experience, strong Medicare Part D knowledge, and the ability to translate priorities into operational plans and executive-ready visuals. A hybrid work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in project/program/initiative management in healthcare or insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part D regulations and operations.
• Manage multiple initiatives and translate priorities into plans.
• Excellent organization, dependency and critical path management.
• Experience creating dashboards and roadmaps for leadership.
• Strong communication for executive audiences.
• Experience with Medicare Part D product/strategy teams preferred.
• Familiarity with portfolio management or PMP/Agile.
• Hybrid work environment; onsite three days a week.
