Job summary

Ralph Lauren, a global leader in premium lifestyle brands, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead product lifecycle management for the Knits and Sweaters category, partnering with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Manufacturing to ensure concept‑to‑bulk production alignment.

The role requires strong cross‑functional leadership, deep knitwear knowledge, and the ability to manage timelines, cost, quality, and delivery while upholding RL brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in apparel product management and sourcing.
• Deep knowledge of knitwear construction and yarns.
• Proven ability to lead seasonal execution and manage complex timelines.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and cost analysis skills.
• Highly organized with data accuracy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain seasonal data and line management tools for knits and sweaters.
• Track KPIs, milestones, and category performance against cost, quality, delivery, and margin goals.
• Lead development calendars and TNA plans from concept through store delivery.
• Partner with Design, Technical Design, and Product Testing to ensure construction, fit, and quality meet standards.
• Drive costing, margin analysis, and cost updates across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate sourcing allocations, capacity planning, and production status with Supply Chain.
• Identify and resolve risks related to yarn availability, lead times, or quality.
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings and mentor team members.
