Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Senior Manager in Product Management for the Knits and Sweaters category. You will own the product lifecycle from concept to bulk production, partnering with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Raw Materials, Sourcing Offices, Factories and Mills to ensure quality and brand standards.

You will lead seasonal execution, manage cross-functional milestones, and drive cost analysis to optimize value while upholding RL's design intent and performance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in apparel product management, development, production, or sourcing
• Deep knowledge of knitwear construction, yarns, gauges, and finishing
• Ability to lead seasonal execution and complex timelines
• Strong cross-functional influence across Design, Merchandising, and Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain seasonal product data and line management tools for knits and sweaters.
• Track KPIs, milestones, and category performance to monitor margins and delivery.
• Lead development calendars and TNA plans from concept to store delivery.
• Ensure knitwear construction and finishes meet RL standards.
• Drive development and production costing for knits and sweaters.
• Collaborate with sourcing and supply chain on capacity and schedules.
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings and mentor team members.
