Job summary

Sartorius is seeking a Product Management leader for Imaging Solutions in the United States to drive portfolio strategy, product innovation, and long-term roadmap development across instruments, software, and reagents & consumables.

You will lead a team, manage the full lifecycle, and collaborate across functions to translate market insights into differentiated solutions, enabling growth and better health outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or commercial experience in life science tools or related industry
• 7+ years of people management experience
• 5+ years of hands-on microscopy and image analysis experience
• Experience developing strategies and roadmaps for life science imaging instruments and software
• Experience with reagents and consumables is preferred
• Strong strategic, business, and innovation acumen for market opportunities
• Experience using stage-gate and agile methodologies with cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to influence senior leadership and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of product managers and product owners
• Oversee full product lifecycle across instruments, software, and reagents & consumables
• Drive profitability and value-based pricing strategies
• Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements
• Analyze market trends and opportunities for improvements
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to prioritize requirements
• Conduct competitive analyses and build business cases for product decisions
