Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead strategy and roadmaps for the On-Property Product team, focusing on inventory, groups, and reporting capabilities within Hilton's property management platform.

You will translate hotel operations needs into innovative product solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive delivery from discovery through measurement while balancing business outcomes.

Qualifications

Seven years of experience in Product, Technology, Customer Experience or related field.
Experience communicating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, and developing product documentation in an Agile environment.
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and prioritization for assigned domains.
Translate opportunities and feedback into product recommendations and delivery plans.
Develop expertise in hotel operations and property management workflows.
Own initiatives from discovery to delivery, adoption, and measurement.
Create and communicate requirements, roadmaps, risks, and recommendations.
