The Manager leads a team of Product Managers and establishes an integrated, multi-year product vision and roadmap aligned with customer needs, business priorities, technology strategy, and enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management or product development experience.
• Experience leading a product management team and agile development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio across Contracting, Credentialing, and Network.
• Guide product discovery, business-case development, prioritization, implementation, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with business, operations, technology, and senior leadership to drive adoption and measure outcomes.
