Highmark Health is seeking a Manager to lead product strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio supporting Provider Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities within Provider Data & Reimbursement. You will lead a team of Product Managers and align roadmaps with customer needs, business priorities, technology strategy, and enterprise objectives.

• 5 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.

Responsabilidades

• Involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in requirement definition and backlog management executed by product management team
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies.
• Manage product development process across portfolio of products. Support the product management team as they facilitate the process for their individual products within the portfolio. Ensure quality and strategic foresight across the portfolio
• Engage with customers and users to gather feedback and understand their needs. Team Collaboration & Support: Collaborate effectively with the product management team.
