Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Product Manager to steer product development from concept through launch. The role emphasizes building and evolving products, driving profitability, and coordinating with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to align with business priorities.

You will develop pricing strategies, perform market analysis, and guide go-to-market packaging to maximize client value and market share. A strong background in software or IT delivery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; minimum 10+ years in product/services or external customer/market experience.
• Master's Degree/MBA preferred; software development, testing, or business analysis experience advantageous.
• Prefer experience with Agile software products and delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from development to launch.
• Own product roadmap and prioritize delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Lead market research, pricing strategy, and value proposition inputs for marketing and sales.
