Job summary

You will shape multi-year roadmaps, collaborate with Human Interface, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Business Development, Operations, Fraud, and other functions to deliver end-to-end consumer financial features. Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with proven delivery and impact.
• 6+ years in large-scale fintech consumer products.
• Experience navigating regulatory requirements while preserving user experience.
• Ability to translate findings into clear recommendations for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmap and define detailed use cases for eng and design.
• Develop and execute strategy to help customers grow their money.
• Evangelize strategy to executives, colleagues, and partners.
• Collaborate across Human Interface, Engineering, PMs and other functions.
• Drive product development with banks and ecosystem partners.
• Represent business interests during design and development.
• Communicate project status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop launch plans and readiness with partners.
• Define KPIs and measure feature efficacy.
• Support incident response and executive escalation for a regulated product.
• Travel may be required.
