Job summary

Workday is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the strategic delivery of a mission-critical data portfolio within the Enterprise Data & Analytics team. You’ll define standards for Data Product and Active Data Governance, and drive AI-enabled experiences at scale.

You will oversee delivery roadmaps for enterprise data capabilities, align with an AI-forward strategy, and lead complex transitions across the Workday ecosystem to maximize data-driven impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical product management in Enterprise Data & Analytics.
• 10+ years managing suites of data or platform products at an enterprise level.
• 10+ years influencing VP/SVP-level stakeholders to drive pivots.
• Subject matter expertise in Finance & Accounting workflows (QTC/OTC).

Responsibilities

• Define the delivery roadmap for enterprise data capabilities with AI-forward alignment.
• Lead complex technical transitions and manage dependencies across the Workday ecosystem.
• Standardize methodologies across the product management community.
• Architect engagement strategies for senior leaders to ensure long-term support for data initiatives.
• Pioneer agentic AI by designing the blueprint for integrating AI tools into enterprise product management.
