Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a commercially driven Director of Product Management to accelerate the market growth of its data center power infrastructure portfolio within the DC Building Block Solutions framework. This is a business development leadership role with product P&L responsibility.

You will lead high-value pursuits with senior leadership, own a power sub-portfolio P&L, and build a high-performing team of product managers and business developers, translating customer needs into revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in data center power infrastructure or related space.
• 5–7 years in business development or strategic sales with net-new enterprise accounts.
• Strong knowledge of data center power infrastructure and AI compute trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting enterprise and hyperscale logos.
• Lead strategic sales pursuits with C-level engagement.
• Translate market needs into compelling proposals and win design bids.
• Own product P&L and define a winning roadmap.
• Build and mentor a team of product managers and BD professionals.
• Establish executive relationships and manage escalations.
