Job summary

Super Micro Computer is seeking a commercially driven leader to own and accelerate the market growth of its Datacenter Building Block Solutions (DCBBS). This senior role blends business development with product strategy to secure major design wins, close large-scale deals, and drive commercial adoption of AI-optimized infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA/advanced degree a strong plus.
15+ years in a hybrid role with business development or strategic account management in data center/AI infra.
Hands-on experience in data center infra (power, cooling, rack integration).
Deep knowledge of AI/HPC server architecture, GPU platforms, InfiniBand, and workload requirements.

Responsibilities

Directly drive adoption and revenue growth of the DCBBS portfolio.
Translate customer needs into customized DCBBS proposals and architect total solutions.
Define market-backed product strategy and roadmap based on field intelligence and competition.
Build executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and ecosystem partners.
Lead cross-functional GTM efforts with Engineering, Sales, Rack Integration, and Sales Engineering.
