Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Product Experience Design Lead to define and implement analytics experiences across the Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution portfolio. You will mentor, lead, and deliver dashboards that combine clinical, financial, and operational data to help providers improve decision making.

Partner with product, business, and analytics stakeholders to translate complex questions into intuitive tools, craft flows and prototypes, and advocate human-centered design to deliver

Qualifications

• 7-10 years designing digital products using human-centered methods.
• Healthcare design experience for relevant segments.
• Strong IA, journey mapping, blueprinting, and interaction design.
• Experience planning, facilitating, analyzing research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for storytelling.
• Ability to guide teams through design thinking in product lifecycles.
• BS/MS in human factors, design, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership while delivering hands-on research and design.
• Guide teams to understand customer behavior, pain points, and needs.
• Translate business questions into intuitive analytical experiences.
• Create detailed user flows and prototypes for validation.
• Explain design rationale to non-designers and build shared understanding.
• Advocate human-centered design to improve competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with product managers, business leaders, and SMEs.
