Entegris, a leader in advanced materials solutions, seeks a Principal Product Manager for CMP Pads to drive strategy, portfolio management, and cross-functional execution in the semiconductor space.

You will own growth and margin expansion by aligning engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams around customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning, delivering sustainable, profitable outcomes with executive-level impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, business management, marketing, operations, or related leadership roles within the semiconductor or advanced materials industry.
• Strong business, financial and people acumen, including experience with pricing, profitability, forecasting, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Lead the CMP Pads, semiconductor business by driving product strategy, portfolio management, market competitiveness, and cross-functional execution. This role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, margin expansion, operational excellence, and competitive product solutions.
